Kyle taught me that the key to health and weight loss is making a lifestyle change. Making one good decision followed by another. Although clearly weight loss is/was a long term goal, the reality is that it is a result. The goal must be to make healthy choices, weight loss and muscle gain are bi-products. I learned to make health part of my daily activities so that it can be sustainable long term. This doesn’t mean working out 3 hours a day and eating kale 3 meals a day. It means making health conscious decisions the majority of the time. If you have a set back, use it as an opportunity to improve the next day.
